Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha, better known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw is well-known British stage and film actress who became famous after her role in the "Doctor Who' (a British science-fiction TV show) show that aired on the BBC channel. Gugu made a splash in fame by appearing as Tish Jones, who was the younger sister of the main character, Martha Jones, in the drama. Gugu was set to pursue acting as a profession when the viewers fell in love with her jovial personality. She has also worked in a variety of different British TV and stage projects to this point. The performance she made as Belle (2013) for the British period drama 'Beyond the Lights', and her dazzling performance in the romantic drama 'Beyond The Lights', has received praise from the critics. The actress also appeared in the film "Larry Crowne which is a Tom Hanks comedy film in TV series like 'Undercover as well as 'Touch'. Gugu Mbatha Raw appeared in the play "Nell Gwynn" created by Jessica Swale as an actress that also played the mistress of King Charles II. The critics praised Gugu's acting and performance, leading to her being nominated for a prestigious award for best actress. Gugu also received the Member of the Order of the British Empire award (MBE) from Queen Elizabeth II, for her exceptional role in the play.
Chelsea Joy Handler, born February 25, 1975, in Livingston New Jersey, is the youngest of six children. Handler was one of the youngest six children. Her mother was employed as a housekeeper, and her father worked as a used-car dealer. Her mother, German born Immigrant in America in the year 1958, was born and raised there. United States since 1958, was born in Germany. Breast cancer was discovered in the year 1989. She died ten year later after fighting cancer. Her father was Jewish and she was raised in Reform Judaism. Handler had a happy and healthy growing up in a well-off neighborhood. She emigrated into Los Angeles when she was 19 years old, in order to explore acting. Handler began performing to earn income. At age 21, Handler decided to pursue stand-up comedy as a full-time profession because she realized her story telling skills. Her first professional gig Handler began her journey as part of the Oxygen network all-female cast for Hidden Camera/Practical Joke Reality television series Girls Behaving Poorly. Between 2002 and 2005 it was on air. Handler was also featured in various shows like Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler started her career as a correspondent for The Tonight Show. Handler made her breakthrough in 2006 when she hosted the show on E! named The Chelsea Handler Show. The show ran for two seasons. Handler was then seen in the United States as part of the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend and HBO have broadcast her stand-up comedy shows. The show was announced as the host of 2010 MTV Video Music Awards in 2010. She was the only female host ever to do so, after Roseanne.
